Podiatry
Podiatry
Podiatry is the medical science concerned with disorders, diseases, and deformities of the feet, ankles, and lower legs. Podiatrists treat conditions such as bunions, heal pain, ankle pain, diabetic foot ulcers, wound care, warts, skin cancer, hammertoes, corns, calluses, nail fungus, and ingrown toenails. They perform foot and ankle surgery, arthroscopic surgery, prescribe medications, and physical therapy. They also make orthopedic devices like custom foot orthotics and ankle/leg braces.
Michael O’Borsky, DPM, along with Mark Nelson, DPM, work closely with other Stellis Health providers like our family medicine physicians, internists and orthopedic surgeons to provide comprehensive care for all foot and ankle conditions.
