Like a trusted friend and neighbor, we have been taking care of the Buffalo and surrounding communities since 1951. As our community has grown, so have we. In 1979, we moved to our present facility on Highway 25 to provide our patients with expanded services and more doctors. Because we believe community health care has no boundaries, we also opened a clinic in nearby Monticello to take care of the growing population in these areas and provide personalized care, not just when you need it but where you need it.
