Clinic appointments for either location can be made by calling one of our scheduling specialists using our single-line phone number 763-682-1313. For care that can’t wait, limited same-day clinic appointments are also available.
Schedule Online
If you are a current Stellis Health patient, you can schedule office visits, physicals and well-child checks via MyChart if you've seen that provider within the past two years. Online scheduling is not yet available for chiropractic, podiatry, or diabetes care appointments.
We provide Urgent Care in Buffalo and Monticello, simply walk in during operating hours or make a reservation ahead by calling 763-684-3696.
