MyChart is a secure, complimentary online tool that allows you to view test results, message your care team, schedule appointments, and more anytime, anywhere. Access to MyChart health information is secured by a personalized ID and password known only to the user.
All patients need to create a new MyChart account
Stellis Health has a new MyChart platform, powered by CentraCare, effective January 26, 2026.Â
What This Means for You
To access our new MyChart platform and to schedule appointments via MyChart, Stellis Health patients must have a CentraCare MyChart account. Once signed in to your new account, you can link your existing Stellis Health account allowing all your medical records to be securely combined in one central location.Â
If you already have a CentraCare MyChart username and password, you can use your existing login credentials to schedule appointments and access Stellis Health care. You will also need to link your existing Stellis Health account if you want those records combined in one location.
Getting Started
To create a new CentraCare MyChart account, select the “Sign up now” icon below or click here. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact your health care team.
Check your app store for the MyChart app for your mobile phone or tablet. The MyChart app icon is a red file folder with a white heart. Once you’ve downloaded the app, you will be asked to scroll through to select your clinic – look for Stellis Health.
