What do we treat virtually?Â
Many illnesses, rashes, minor injuries and even chronic medical problems can be safely evaluated and treated via video visits.Â
If your provider determines additional evaluation is needed to make a diagnosis, you will be directed to schedule an in-person clinic, laboratory or imaging appointment.
Video visits are available to patients of all ages, although they may not be suitable for young children who aren’t able to sit in front of a camera. Visits are billed to your insurance, just like an office visit, and are available from 8am to 6pm Monday-Thursday, 8am to 5pm Friday, and 8am to 1pm on weekends.

E-Visit
Common health conditions that can be
safely diagnosed and treated via E-visit
include:
- Heartburn
- Skin concerns
- Diarrhea
- Red eye
- Urinary problems
- Vaginal discharge/irritation
Available to patients 18 and older who have a MyChart account, E-visits are billed to your insurance (or cost $40 if no insurance) when a health condition is diagnosed and managed online. If your condition requires you to be seen in person, same-day appointments are available for many providers. For urgent conditions, Urgent Care is available at both our Buffalo and Monticello Clinic locations – either call ahead for a reservation or simply walk in during operating hours.Â
