Obstetrician/gynecologist Danielle Schirm, DO, FACOOG, recently joined Stellis Health – Monticello Clinic. “We’re very pleased to have Dr. Schirm join our medical staff and community,” says Douglas Hanson, MPA, CEO of Stellis Health.”Her special interests in adolescent health, infertility, low- and high-risk pregnancies, as well as minimally invasive surgery will play an integral part in advancing women’s health in our community.”

I enjoy helping them through all aspects of life and strive to care for all of my patients as if they were my sister or mother,” says Dr. Schirm. “My passion for preventative medicine led me to become a doctor. I believe that our daily health translates to longevity of health. It is critical for each patient’s care plan to be individualized based on mutual decisions between the two of us and what we believe is optimal for your health. I spend quality time educating and answering all my patients’ questions – I love to draw and use models to enhance my patients’ understanding of their condition and treatment options.”
Dr. Schirm attended medical school at the Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Denver, CO and completed her OB/GYN internship and residency at the University of Michigan Metro Health in Grand Rapids, MI. Board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Schirm is also a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOOG).
In her free time, she enjoys anything outdoors with her husband and dog and challenging her bravery with adventure including CrossFit and obstacle course racing. She also loves theater, travel, paint by number, and audio books.
